Q. Can you comment on why when the wholesale price of fuel drops, the consumer prices don't?
GB. Good question. Much more competition is key but govt & OFGEM are pulling down barriers for smaller players to challenge Big6.
Speaking at the Lib Dem conference 2011 the energy secretary, Chris Huhne, made it clear that things need to change in the energy sector.
